Cambodia Apologizes for the Upside Down Red and White Flag Incident: Pray for Indonesia to Succeed in the SEA Games
An unpleasant incident occurred during the pre-event opening ceremony for the 2023 SEA Games at the Morodok Techo Stadium, Friday (5/5/2023). For this incident, Cambodia's Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, Hang Chuon Naron, apologized to the Indonesian government.
